Responsibilities:

• Manage rate lock requests and maintain pricing accuracy in Optimal Blue
• Monitor market movements and assist with pipeline hedging strategies
• Ensure compliance with investor pricing and lock policies
• Support loan officers with scenario pricing and lock questions

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in mortgage secondary marketing, lock desk, or capital markets
• Proficiency with pricing engines (Optimal Blue preferred)
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
