Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with state, federal, and NMLS regulations
• Review loan files, marketing materials, and company policies
• Train and support staff on compliance requirements
• Report findings and recommend process improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage compliance experience
• Deep knowledge of RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, TRID, and other regs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
