Responsibilities:

• Review and audit closed loan files for compliance with agency, investor, and company guidelines
• Identify errors, risks, or missing documentation
• Prepare clear reporting and communicate findings to leadership and operations teams
• Recommend corrective actions and process improvements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of mortgage quality control, compliance, or audit experience
• Familiarity with agency/investor requirements (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
