What You’ll Do:

• Review loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Collect and validate borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, title, insurance)
• Prepare files for underwriting submission and assist with condition clearing
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and third-party partners to keep the process on track
• Maintain organized, compliant digital files in our LOS and CRM
• Provide clear updates to clients and partners throughout the loan process
• Support closing preparation to ensure a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of mortgage processing experience preferred
• Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo guidelines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Clear, professional communication with both clients and team members
• Proficiency with digital loan origination systems (Encompass, nCino, Optimal Blue experience a plus)
• Positive, team-focused mindset
