What You’ll Do:

• Respond quickly to leads from online applications, referrals, and client inquiries
• Help clients identify their goals and present mortgage options across conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, and non-QM programs
• Structure loan scenarios, lock rates, and ensure alignment with guidelines and borrower needs
• Collect, review, and organize documentation to keep files complete and compliant
• Manage your pipeline from application through funding, keeping clients informed at every step
• Partner closely with processors, underwriters, and closers to move files forward efficiently
• Build strong connections with real estate agents, builders, and past clients to drive referral opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Active NMLS license in Florida (or ability to obtain quickly) with a clean record
• Minimum 2 years of front-end origination experience; experience in luxury or investor lending is a plus
• Strong understanding of conventional (FNMA, FHLMC), jumbo, FHA, VA, and non-QM loan products
• Excellent communication skills with a consultative, client-focused approach
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a digital-first environment

Preferred:

• Familiarity with nCino, Encompass, and Optimal Blue
• Established referral network or client base
• Experience with high-balance, second-home, or investor loans
• Multilingual skills
